Loveless Church

Loveless Church

So our first few blog posts will be on something God shared with me at the end of 2022. God said to create a Free Seven Churches Self-Assessment tool. The tool is created and available for use (see the FREE link in the main menu of The Lord’s Side store).

Ok, so let’s get started by talking about the Loveless Church! Is God your first love? I mean He loved you before you loved Him. There are some in the Body of Christ, who may need to return to God (their first love). They make an effort to do God’s will, but cultivating a relationship with God is not their number 1 priority.

If this thought resonants with you, think about it like this—because God loves you He is waiting on you, but He will not wait forever. The Bible shows us that no one knows the day and hour of Jesus' return, but we know this Jesus is coming soon. Get ready, be ready, stay ready!!! Be a doer of the Word. Direct your heart to the Lord, seek Him, and serve Him only.

Jesus is coming! He already warned us, “Behold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!” (Revelation 16:15).

If you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior!!! Give Him your life today- say Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I know I need a savior. I repent, forgive me Lord for my many sins, come into my life and transform me. Jesus, I say yes to your will and way. Use me Lord for your glory! In Jesus name I pray! Amen!

Biblical Truths:

No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon [money, possessions, fame, status, or whatever is valued more than the Lord] (Matthew 6:24 AMP).

And Samuel said to all the house of Israel, "If you are returning to the Lord with all your heart, then put away the foreign gods and the Ashtaroth from among you and direct your heart to the Lord and serve him only, and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines" (1 Samuel 7:3 ESV).
